Appointments & Scheduling

Can I schedule a same-day appointment?

o   Same-day appointments may be available depending on location and availability. Please note that a convenience fee may apply for same-day bookings.

Can I schedule an early morning or late afternoon appointment?

o   Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including early morning and late afternoon appointments. Appointments outside standard service hours may be subject to an additional fee.

Can I schedule a weekend appointment?

o   Yes, weekend appointments are available based on technician availability. An additional fee may apply for appointments scheduled outside regular service hours.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

o   We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How do I get my lab results?

o   Your lab results will be sent directly to your ordering physician. You may also receive them through your patient portal, depending on the lab we work with for your test.

What if I don't have a lab order?

o   If you don’t have a lab order, we can assist you in obtaining one through partnering provider. Some tests may be available without an order.

Service Area & Special Requests

Do you provide services outside your service area?

o   We primarily serve Minneapolis and St. Paul areas within a 30-mile radius but we may accommodate requests outside this area for an additional travel fee.

Can you come to my office or workplace?

o   Yes! We offer workplace lab services for employees, wellness programs, and corporate testing.

Do you offer corporate or group bookings?

o   Absolutely! We provide on-site lab services for corporate groups, health screenings, and wellness events. Contact us for group pricing.

Are your phlebotomists certified?

o   Yes, all our phlebotomists are certified professionals with extensive training in blood collection and patient care.

Is fasting required for my lab test?
